Yarrow is the next herb star of winter! Yarrow in my area is all over growing wild. I love this herb! This herb is not only a healer but should be your best friend. Why do you ask? Well, yarrow is a great all around heal all super star! It can help increase wound healing timelines, feeling a little tummy upset it could help, supposed to keep your blood pressure on even normal levels. Is your moods a little off or thinking hormones are causing a change in your body that not providing good feedback. Well according to most health professionals that study herbs it can keep the hormones balanced and happy.
